Title: New album coming soon?

I'm not quite sure if I believe it at this point because I'm not sure if the sources are legit, but a friend of mine told me, last night, that they are coming out with a new album next year.
We can only hope, I suppose.

That's freaky... I was talking to Gianthead and we were discussing the chances of them having a new album for next year :o

Yeah that's true! I was hoping they'd be getting out of their kiddie phase soon and move onto something more serious. :) no harm in kiddie but it has its limits.

There are many sources (some from TMBG themselves...) that say the new album will be released in early 2007. Also, there's talk of the Here Come The 123's!album coming out.

They Might Be Giants have a new podcast they would like you to hear.
They Might Be Giants are performing a number of benefit shows for Generation Schools during the 2006 holidays
They will be touring extensively, and talking to "outsiders" in 2007 in support of two brand new albums.
Currently they are finishing a legendary new rock album with legendary producers the Dust Bros. and the legendary Pat Dillett,
They are also making "Here Come the 123s" a DVD and CD for kids.
