I really like her. A lot of people don't. I didn't really at first either but the more you listen to her, the more you like her. Even if you don't like her, her
music video is still cool.

The first time I heard her I hated her voice, but I've come to like her.
Chick I know: Hey, I got a few tickets for the RFH, to see that crazy wee thing Newsom. Shall we go?
me: Hell yeah, even though she sings like she has a mouth full of bungee rope, and looks a bit, well, quirky, not that that would, well, you know, I should stop there, but sure, I will go.
...a month or two passes...
(And, in the interim, though I could be wrong, I think I discussed her with a certain kewl dude whose name has the initials WG, though not in that order. Reverse order. No more clues, else it gets too easy. But even giving away clues to the name of this person, it might not have even been him (damn! you know he is male now, and extra clue) with whom I had this discussion. A lot of these discussion go on in my head. Our head, then, I should say.)
That new conversation about Ms Newsom then:
me: I am gong to see her in the RFH
other person (whom I now think is my mate from Bath, who has the reveresed initial of DA, not GW, though, again, all caveats should empor or somesuch) What date is that then?
me: no idea, I go get the tickets...
...dramatic pause, or, if you will, a brief interlude while I try to recall where I put the tickets...
me: ah, great, it was last week.
I have such a busy and exciting and fun-filled life I totally forgot. (That may be a lie.) I am so rich I can buy tickets just to have them (again, a lie, and can you see what I am setting up here? Although, to be fair, my good lady, though not my fair lady, or my good me, or Rex Harrison) wasn't ill then. I am just a bit, well, scatterbraned. Mmmmm, branes.
What was the topic about? Oh, Joanna. Yes, she is good. In small doses. And cute. In bigger doses. Am I that shallow? Hell yeah. Do you come here often?
