I am presuming youse all have blogs, and all (in oft times) participate in memes. I don't. I hate the whole concept, it is just some self-aggrandizing-look-at-me-I-read/listen/do-the-most-trendy-and-interesting-things. I don't care. I really don't. Your self promotion bores me, it is only designed to make you look big. In front of whom, exactly? Me? I laugh at your pitiful attempts at one-man-up-man-ship. People, it isn't subtle, it isn't clever, and you just look like a knob. Trying to impress some impressionable chick (not that there is anything wrong with that, per se.) Or shouting to the world 'look at me! I know things!' You don't. You know nothing at all. Please take your petty self away from my presence, for you are drowning in the shallow end of the gene pool. If you even made it to the big pool, and aren't still in the primordial soup of the learner pool. Get over yourselves. Excuse me? Who are you again?

This does, of course, rule. On the subject of blogs, from the mases that there are, some shine from time to time.

We could make something of this idea, for example:

In the case of Raincoats:

Wearing a raincoat:
- is flying around in a yellow rubber airplane

Thinking of this fact:
- hurts your mind
- causes you to require a friend

Needing a friend:
- is food that comes from a pipe

Hating the food from a pipe:
- makes you turn to drugs to help you sleep
- leads to sleep
- eventually causes you to be awake again

Being awake:
- is swimming around in a lake of the undead
- the undead are like friends demanding constant attention
- this leads to attention
- which demands further attention

Further points of note:
- Needing a mind for later on is a friend that comes at a price
- Hating the friend causes you to play the drums.

Nice one, dude. (Oh, and some blogs do shine. Not many, mind, and not mine.)
