if you want to quote part of what someone said (with long posts quoting the complete thing can be confusing), you can copy and paste, then use the 'quote' buttton on either side of the pasted quotation :banana:

Yeah, we know about that, I'm talking about quoting parts of posts not the whole thing.
If you do press Quote, you can edit the stuff in the quote box which is just under the reply box. B)

And when you don't press the quote button and you're using the tags, (I'm going to use { instead of [ so they don't get taken seriously) you can put an = sign in after QUOTE and then type in the person's name who said it.

So basically you get the same thing as with the quote button except the date, which you could also add in if you like. This comes in handy when you're quoting multiple people and you don't want them confused.
