Description: Is it...

Banana - December 27, 2004 04:22 PM (GMT)
CHOOOOOOOOOOOSE!!!!!!!!!

I'll tell mine later after I make up my mind.

The Mighty Big Antes - December 27, 2004 05:34 PM (GMT)
I think The End of the Tour is a good closer. Sleepwalkers is not bad either. But why is Older on the list?

Banana - December 27, 2004 05:40 PM (GMT)
It's on the UK edition of Mink Car.

klimdeeni - December 28, 2004 07:08 AM (GMT)
end of the tour just perfect for the end of anything

Doodles - December 28, 2004 08:38 AM (GMT)
Definitely "Space Suit". You can never go wrong with an instrumental closing.

My runner up is "The Bells Are Ringing" just because I love it so much.

Ah, I sometimes forgt that this is a UK forum. And "Working Undercover for the Man" is an okay closer, but not the best in my opinion.

I was thinking "At The End Of The Tour", but after listening to The Spine again I reakised how good "I Can't Hide From my Mind" was

after listening to the spine again, i'm gonna have to agree with you. it is pretty good to close out a CD with mostly rock with kind of a slow song. kinda eases you into the end. wish i could change my answer.

End of the Tour is my choice... but only set on Repeat.

Annie-Mae - December 30, 2004 05:00 AM (GMT)
Sleepwalkers, something to put you to sleep, it lets you know your albums over. NIce and simple.

Doodles - December 30, 2004 06:14 AM (GMT)
Something to put you to sleep? That would be particularly bad in some situations, like at the office or school or say DRIVING.

Annie-Mae - January 1, 2005 06:36 AM (GMT)
Well not while driving, but for sure during school and work... :drink:

LoveJohnX2 - March 2, 2005 04:17 AM (GMT)
I went with End of the Tour because it said END..but Bells are Ringing is a great song too.

Uh..I don't like Sleepwalkers as an ending song. At all. They closed with it at the Columbus show and I thought it was not that good of an ending. Kinda strange.

dark and metric - April 12, 2005 02:38 AM (GMT)
Kiss Me, Son of God....the best closer the their best album.

Although, I have to say this was tough....End of the Tour is up there...and personally I'm quite partial to Sleepwalkers

StrayToaster - May 31, 2005 08:08 PM (GMT)
I go with dark and metric. (What is that? lumens/m? Or is that *both* types of music?)

I mean, I have used 'Kiss Me, Son of God' as top quote on some of my political writings, but that is a side issue. I mean, youse are all talking about ending an album, but dear people, there are *two* endings to each record. Two sides, y'see, two. Flip it after about twenty minutes.

I feel so old. Again.

davew27 - May 31, 2005 08:34 PM (GMT)
Rhythm Section Want Ad.

Herring - May 31, 2005 08:39 PM (GMT)
It has to be Spacesuit!

SweetAfton23 - June 1, 2005 01:20 AM (GMT)
My favorite song of those on the list is Rhythm Section Want Ad, but in terms of which song offers the most closure, I had to vote End of the Tour.

Pshaw.

flux capacitor....fluxing - December 5, 2005 10:27 PM (GMT)
Rhythm Section Want Ad just cause I love it. :P

Drink! - February 10, 2006 10:05 AM (GMT)
